I want to start storing food, my church recommends storage for a year’s worth of food. How should I start? What should I include in it? What are the most important things to include so I can get those first? We just moved to a really snowy place and the roads out of town in the winter sometimes get blocked up so I’d like to start this just in case. Also does anyone know what should be included in a 72 hour kit?

Start buying extras whenever you go to the store. You don’t need to build your food storage all at once, just take it step by step. This article has a good idea on how to get started:http://www.ehow.com/how_4522326_food-sto…
